For customers located in Germany, the delivery through DHL is free of charge.

Deliveries are carried out on the territory of Europe.

Delivery methods

In the www.shop.soft99.eu online shop it’s possible to choose the following methods of delivery:

  • Shipment carried out by DHL (with its representative local to sender at DHL ParcelPolska Sp. z o.o., Osmańska Street 2, 02-823 Warsaw, Poland),
  • Shipment carried out by UPS (with its representative local to sender at UPS Polska Sp. z o.o., Ignacego Prądzyńskiego 1/3, 01-222 Warsaw, Poland),
  • Personal collection of goods from the following addresses:
  • Soft99 Car Wash at Plac Wiosny Ludów 2, 61-831 Poznań, Poland,
  • Soft99 Concept Store Berlin at Wiebestraße 36 – 37, 10553 Berlin, Germany.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within two working days.

During that time the shop books the payment, completes the order and prepares the parcel for shipment.

The buyer will be informed about the shipment of the parcel or the possibility of personal collection:

  • by e-mail,
  • if choosing courier delivery by DHL or UPS, by a text message sent by the shipment operator, if the buyer provides a phone number for this purpose.

After the parcel leaves the Soft99 Europe warehouse, the delivery is carried out on the next working day.

DHL delivers shipments from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00.

UPS delivers shipments from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00.

Personal collection at the Soft99 Car Wash in Poznań is possible on business days from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00.

Unsuccessful delivery

The courier will attempt to deliver the order twice.

After two failed delivery attempts, the order will be sent back to the Soft99 Europe warehouse.

Damage to the parcel

If a parcel appears to be damaged before it is handed to the recipitent, the buyer should notify the courier and proceed in accordance with generally applicable legal regulations, including requesting the courier to create a protocol regarding the condition of the parcel and the circumstances in which the damage occurred.

If, after the delivery of the parcel, a defect or damage to delivered goods is discovered that could not be noticed upon reception, the buyer may, within 7 days of the date of reception of the parcel, notify the shipment operator in order to establish the state of the parcel and delivered goods and the circumstances in which the damage occurred.

The buyer should immediately notify the online shop of any damage to the parcel or delivered goods by e-mail to returns@soft99.eu

Personal collection of goods

The goods are handed over only to the buyer or a person authorized to collect the goods on their behalf.

When collecting the goods, it is necessary to provide the order number and have an ID card or other document containing a photograph and confirming the identity of the recipient.

When collecting the goods in person it is possible to pay by card or cash. This does not apply to orders that have already been paid for.

Returns

A customer can return ordered goods within 14 days of receiving their order by sending the products to the Soft99's warehouse address:
